Leave the registration process to your prospects. You have limited time as a consultant and you should not get your company exposed to the public. Your several transactions will be questioned because of their short intervals. This can cause you to have ceased operations and an investigation which can last for months. This will be harmful for your yearly income.

Simply present facts during your meetings and try to have the exact proposal that will work best for your clients. Work on a compromise when the probability of a higher income rate is really that high. Your investors may lose a lot of money now but the connections that they will be making are far more important.
