A ketogenic diet also referred to as keto is a form of food measure that deals with taking foods containing low carbohydrates and calories but higher volumes of oils and fats. It includes taking oils either in raw or in cooked form as well as taking proteins in large amounts. These oils are ideal in eliminating heart-related disorders as well as serum formation. Mainly, they are obtained from olive, avocado, macadamia among other nut oils.
